Susan Husk

I have served on the Gretton Parish Council since May 2021, and alongside the wider role of Parish Councillor, I have the role of Community Liaison.  This involves maintaining regular links with the village school, acting as the contact point with the Doctor’s Surgery, and also with North Northants Council Transport.  Working with NNC, we were very pleased to see the introduction of the Rutlander R1 bus service into the village in August 2025, as well as a continuation of the services provided by Lawson’s of Corby.  I am also the point of contact for the Pocket Park, Nature Recovery Group, and the Community Orchard.

As a Parish Councillor, I continue to offer my commitment and a willingness to work in the best interests of the village and the Parish to ensure it remains a great place in which to live.  I have lived here for over 25 years and am a keen supporter of local village businesses, events, and organisations.
