Gretton Fire Station – Tenancy Renewal

Gretton Parish Council wishes to inform residents and interested parties that the tenancy for Gretton Fire Station, a property owned by Gretton Parish Council, is now due for renewal.

Any individual, organisation or business interested in being considered to take over the tenancy is invited to register their interest with the Parish Council.

Please include your name or organisation, contact details and a brief outline of your interest in the tenancy.

Closing date for expressions of interest: Thursday 29 October 2026.

All expressions of interest received by the closing date will be considered by Gretton Parish Council. Registering an interest does not guarantee that a tenancy will be awarded.
